The Tone:

This role is crucial for supporting the Finance Team in managing specific projects, offering valuable hands-on experience and a behind-the-scenes look at a dynamic, growing company. You will contribute meaningfully to daily operations and long-term initiatives, learning from experienced professionals.

• Mission: Support the Finance Team in the creation, organization, execution, and completion of specific projects to drive company goals.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), financial software and tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Contribute to daily financial tasks and assist with various team projects.
• Optimize: Help streamline internal processes that contribute to achieving company objectives.
• Manage: Assist the Finance Team in maintaining and monitoring project plans and associated schedules.
• Analyze: Utilize financial software and various tools to perform designated tasks and generate relevant reports.
• Collaborate: Build skills and make meaningful contributions in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and detail-oriented approach, ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively, takes initiative and uses sound judgment.
• Bonus: A friendly, positive attitude with the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities, and a quick learner when it comes to financial software and tools.
