The Tone:
This is an internship at Atlas Energy Solutions, located in Austin, TX. Atlas Energy Solutions is a leading provider of high-quality frac sand and logistics solutions for Exploration & Production operators and oil field service providers in the Permian Basin. This role is crucial for assisting the Finance & Investor Relations Team with the development, maintenance, and dissemination of financial analyses and presentations for both internal and external audiences.

• Mission: Assist with developing, maintaining, and disseminating financial analyses and presentations to support the company’s financial and investor communication needs.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Forecasts: Develop and maintain financial forecasts and analyses for both internal consumption and external distribution.
• Presentations: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive company and investor presentations.
• Reporting: Collaborate with the Accounting team to prepare internal and external financial reporting materials.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and maintain internal databases that track various benchmarking metrics, supporting departments like Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Operations.
• Management Reports: Assist in the preparation of internal management reports, including detailed executive reporting packages.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Experience: Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Prior internship experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
