What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Assist with preparing financial reports, spreadsheets, and budget analyses to support ongoing financial oversight and decision-making.
• Financial Activities: Support critical month-end and year-end financial activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting cycles.
• Data Management: Review and organize financial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
• Analysis & Research: Conduct research and analyze trends to provide valuable insights that support various departmental initiatives and strategic planning.
• Operational Support: Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related projects to maintain smooth and efficient financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level opportunity designed for candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Preferred fields of study include Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline, ensuring a solid academic foundation relevant to financial operations.
• Experience: While no specific number of years of experience is required, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. This technical competency is crucial for executing the data analysis and reporting tasks inherent to the role.
• Skills: Essential skills include strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data, excellent organizational skills for managing various projects and information, and effective problem-solving abilities to contribute to departmental initiatives.
