• Team: Small Business Finance team, within PNC’s Retail Banking Finance organization.
• Mission: To provide financial analysis, forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support to drive growth, profitability, and operating efficiency for the Micro Segments business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Prepares timely, transparent, and succinct financial reports to enable informed decision-making by stakeholders.
• Forecasting & Planning: Produces timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts, contributing to annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic plans.
• Performance Analysis: Performs on-demand analysis, generates custom reports, and develops variance commentary to understand business performance and key drivers.
• Strategic Support: Partners with business leaders to provide strategic decision support for growth, profitability, and operating efficiency.
• Compliance & Audit: Facilitates audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information and collaborating on new accounting and regulatory standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Skills: Financial Reporting and Analysis, Account Analysis, Budgeting, Business Analytics, Decision Making and Critical Thinking.
• Bonus: Accounting Research, Finance Strategy, Effective Communications, Managing Expenses and Finances.
