What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare timely financial reports and forecasts to enable informed decision-making by stakeholders.
• Contribute to the annual budget cycle, continuous monthly forecasting, and the development of long-term strategic plans.
• Perform on-demand analysis and generate custom reports to address specific business needs.
• Facilitate audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information.
• Collaborate with business partners on the implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant professional experience, including financial analysis and variance analysis skills.
• Skills: Financial Reporting and Analysis, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Account Analysis, Hyperion, Excel, Attention to Detail, Effective Communications.
