• Mission: Accelerate careers in Finance, Accounting, or Internal Audit through structured rotations and hands-on experience, while contributing to the financial health and strategic decision-making of a leading alcohol beverage company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Support: Support monthly accounting close activities.
• Develop: Develop financial forecasts and budgets.
• Evaluate: Evaluate business opportunities for the company.
• Improve: Drive operational improvements across various business functions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-career professionals pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics, or a Master’s degree in Accounting (MSA/MAcc) or Finance (MSF), with a graduation date by June 2027.
• Experience: Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for company offices, sites, or meetings for development, department needs, and business delivery. Must be 18 years or older.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, effective interpersonal communication, and clear written communication. Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a team setting.
• Bonus: Prior work experience with Gallo in Finance or Accounting.
