Finance & Accounting Shared Service Center Intern – Summer 2027 | CACI International Inc

The Tone:
This is a part-time, summer internship with CACI International Inc, offering a hybrid work schedule based in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This role is crucial for learning core transactional accounting and finance processes within a shared services environment, helping to drive business forward by connecting transaction-level activities to financial reporting and key metrics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Task Execution: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly process tasks to support department objectives.
• Efficiency Improvement: Utilize tools such as MS Copilot, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, RPA, Python, and others to automate and streamline processes.
• Documentation: Document assigned processes thoroughly to facilitate training and ensure operational backups are available.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with department leaders and stakeholders regarding ideas, issues, and task completion for organizational alignment.
• Issue Resolution: Escalate task delays or variations promptly to ensure rapid resolution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in a 4-year degree program in Business or a related field. This is an Entry-Level internship.
• Experience: Ability to learn tasks, financial systems, and organizational needs quickly.
• Skills: Effective communication across diverse groups, Adaptability to new financial systems, Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bonus: Prior office experience, Proficiency with MS Office products, Minimum 3.0 GPA, Previous internship or co-op experience, Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities, Interpersonal communication skills, Extracurricular activities.
