Job Description
The Finance & Accounting College Internship Program is a 3-6 month program offered at Corporate Headquarters in Orlando, Florida, and Resort locations across the US. Interns work full-time (with flexibility for part-time schedules) and are paid hourly.
Program Highlights:
• Immersion: Work experience in a specific department.
• Exposure: Analysis of company financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Accounting Focus: Involvement in accounting tasks related to general ledger maintenance.
• Onboarding: Comprehensive onboarding process.
• Operational Duties: Participation in assigned department’s operational tasks.
• eLearning: Access to eLearning opportunities.
• Leadership Interaction: Virtual meetings with site and company leaders.

Responsibilities:
• Learning and performing job duties within the assigned department.
• Involvement in departmental projects.
• Contributing to Guest Satisfaction and Associate Engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements:
• Education: Enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, or related field. Junior level coursework is preferred. Candidates with undecided majors may be considered.
• Experience: Past interns may be considered. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel) is required.
