Field Service Technician | Capital Business Systems
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Capital Business Systems, located in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. Capital Business Systems is a premier office technology supplier serving clients across the Midwest and Mountain States with top-of-the-line multifunction copiers, wide-format printers, phone systems, and managed network solutions. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service and quality support by diagnosing and repairing digital office equipment, offering a fantastic work-life balance with nights and weekends free.
The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Location: Denver Metro Area, CO
• Pay: $19–$24 hourly
• Team: Works within a team of supportive professionals
• Mission: To perform field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for new and long-term customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Diagnose: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues for digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines in professional office environments.
• Repair: Execute necessary repairs on various office technology devices for both new and existing customers.
• Interact: Engage with customers in a positive and professional manner, providing effective solutions and building rapport.
• Travel: Drive a company-provided vehicle, fully stocked with tools and parts, to customer locations within the Denver Metro Area, with occasional assistance in surrounding territories.
• Grow: Continuously apply and expand your technology interests and problem-solving skills through daily tasks and ongoing training.

• Background: Foundational knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology.
• Experience: Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Skills: Professional customer interaction, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and a current, unrestricted driver’s license.
