The Opportunity: Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be performing field diagnosis and repair of digital copiers, printers, and multifunction machines for our new and long-term customers. This role involves:

  • Working within the Denver Metro Area, with occasional assistance in surrounding territories.
  • Enjoying working with customers, troubleshooting mechanical issues, building computers, and solving technical problems.
  • Starting or continuing your career in office technology with ongoing training provided at our home office in Fort Collins, CO.

What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits

  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Hourly Rate: $19 – $24 per hour, based on experience.
  • Annual Bonus: Opportunity of up to $1,000.00.

Your Typical Day as a Field Service Technician

  • Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in professional office environments.
  • Working within a team of supportive professionals.
  • Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.
  • Driving a company-provided vehicle, fully stocked with the tools and parts required for your job.
  • Applying your technology interests and problem-solving skills every day.

  • Some knowledge and interest in computers, electronics, and digital technology.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers and provide effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to learn new information and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possession of a current, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • Physical capability to lift 75lbs and push/pull heavy equipment with assistance.
