This is a career placement program from SynergisticIT, designed to transition new graduates into full-time tech roles. SynergisticIT focuses on bridging the gap between academic qualifications and industry job readiness by equipping participants with demonstrable projects, current tech stack proficiency, and interview confidence. This program is crucial for new graduates who find the tech job search confusing and disheartening, providing a structured pathway to secure high-demand software engineering and data positions.

The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Development: Build a robust portfolio by developing production-aligned projects that demonstrate real-world application of skills.

The Must-Haves

• Experience: Candidates who consistently apply for jobs but receive few or no callbacks, or those who reach interviews but struggle to convert them into offers. This program is also for graduates whose projects may resemble school assignments rather than production-aligned applications.
• Skills: A demonstrated ability to learn, evidenced by a degree, coupled with a strong desire to develop end-to-end capabilities in tech, including building APIs, connecting databases, deploying services, analyzing data, explaining results, and handling interviews competently. A commitment to a structured and systematic approach to job searching is essential.
• Bonus: International students on F-1/OPT needing a clear job plan, including support for STEM extension and work authorization pathways, and assistance related to H-1B and Green Card processes. Graduates with strong academic records but limited practical, hands-on experience are also ideal candidates.
