Field Execution Representative | CELSIUS

This is a driving position for a Field Execution Representative at CELSIUS, based in Phoenix, AZ or Tucson, AZ. • Mission: Owns the execution of merchandising strategies and product placement to enhance Celsius brand presence and sales in assigned accounts.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute: Plan and implement merchandising initiatives by placing new floor displays, signage, and scheduling product demos to attract customers.
• Sell: Engage directly with store managers to successfully sell in and secure premium placement for PDQ’s, displays, and end caps within various store types.
• Manage: Ensure that account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are consistently stocked, properly merchandised, and rotated with backstock according to designated brand flow and account-specific guidelines.
• Support: Provide active support for new store openings and store resets, ensuring Celsius products are strategically placed and presented effectively.
• Report: Make 15-20 account calls daily, meticulously track all calls within the Celsius sales app, and submit weekly work logs including mileage, along with other assigned documentation and photos of placements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or GED, with core domain knowledge in retail or merchandising.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience working in retail or merchandising. Prior experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Skills: Possess an excellent driving record and a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Demonstrate outstanding customer service, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Show capability to multi-task efficiently within the industry.
• Bonus: Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Must be a self-starter and a team player. Requires a personal vehicle for use, for which an allowance will be provided. Candidate must reside within their assigned county area.
