• Pay: $15.61–$23.41 hourly
• Mission: To accurately and safely fabricate pipe products, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and adherence to all safety standards.
• Tech Stack: Band saw, torch, Landis machines
What You’ll Actually Do
• Machine Setup: Set up and maintain machines in the shop specifically for pipe fabrication.
• Pipe Processing: Accurately measure, record, and cut pipe lengths using a band saw and/or torch.
• Specialized Operations: Perform rolling, grooving, threading, and beveling of pipes using Landis machines.
• Material Handling: Efficiently move and assemble loose and bundled pipe orders within the pipe yard to various locations.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all vital safety precautions and operate powered industrial equipment in full compliance with OSHA guidelines.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with demonstrable outstanding math skills, including the ability to accurately calculate quantities of product on hand.
• Experience: No specific years required; prior fabrication experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong math proficiency, results-focused, efficient in a customer service-oriented environment, and a strong capacity to thrive positively within an inclusive work environment.
• Bonus: Experience and training in operating machinery for cutting and threading pipe in accordance with OSHA regulations.
