Research Associate, Library | Third Bridge Group

The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career
• Pay: $60000–$66000 yearly
• Team: Collaborates with Sector Analysts.
• Mission: To secure and arrange expert interviews for Sector Analysts, enabling the uncovering of critical insights that inform client investment decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Question Collaboration: Work closely with Sector Analysts to help develop insightful questions for upcoming expert interviews.
• Expert Recruitment: Engage with senior executives and industry leaders to secure the most relevant experts for in-depth 1:1 interviews with Sector Analysts.
• Client Impact: Facilitate the uncovering of critical insights by arranging Sector Analyst expert interviews that inform smarter, faster investment decisions for clients.
• Project Research: Research specific sectors, identify key catalysts, and source appropriate experts to provide essential information.
• Skill Growth: Develop sales, negotiation, and research skills while contributing to new strategies that drive success for individuals and the company.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level career starter. Candidates should possess backgrounds or interests in Natural Sciences, Biology, or Biomedical fields.
• Experience: Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines. Demonstrated capacity to build relationships and influence industry leaders effectively. Experience in solving problems, breaking down industries, and thinking on your feet. A self-starter mentality that embraces feedback and consistently chases top performance.
• Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Analytical research and problem-solving skills for sector understanding. Negotiation skills required for expert recruitment.
