• Mission: This person independently manages immigration cases, ensuring accurate preparation and timely filing of applications and petitions for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Applications: Prepare and file a variety of USCIS applications and petitions accurately and efficiently.
• Documentation: Gather and organize all necessary evidence and supporting documentation for immigration cases.
• Caseload Management: Manage deadlines and a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence and minimal supervision.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong and professional communication with clients throughout their case processes.
• Case Types: Handle various immigration matters including adjustment of status, family petitions, work permits, consular/NVC matters, and waivers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Experienced legal professional with prior law firm experience in the core domain of immigration law.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience preparing and filing USCIS applications and petitions, as well as knowledge of diverse immigration filings.
• Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; strong client communication and case-management skills; professional, dependable, organized, and motivated to advance within the firm.
