Entry Level Personal Assistant | Nexxaworks

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Nexxaworks, located In-person. Nexxaworks focuses on creativity, strategy, and crafting marketing solutions that make a tangible difference for clients. This position is vital for expanding the company’s event services portfolio, playing a central role in driving sales and providing comprehensive support throughout the entire event planning process. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships and coordinate logistics effectively.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Lead Generation: Actively generate and diligently follow up on sales leads specifically for event services offered by Nexxaworks.
• Client Communication and Proposal: Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about available event packages. Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to meet specific client needs and secure agreements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal event planning and operations teams to meticulously ensure all client requirements are accurately understood and met from initial concept through execution.
• Sales Activity and Client Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for ongoing relationship management.
• Event Support and Marketing Assistance: Coordinate essential site visits and client meetings to support the sales process. Additionally, assist in developing compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns designed to attract new event clients.

• Background: Others. This role benefits from a foundational understanding of business, marketing, or hospitality principles.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales or event coordination is required. Candidates with experience specifically within the events or hospitality industry will be given preference.
• Skills: Demonstrably strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, coupled with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal, are critical for client engagement. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a preferred qualification for this position.
