Internship – Equity Research Analyst (Summer 2027) | Baird

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Process: Play an integral role in the research process.
• Team Collaboration: Join a focused industry group and work closely with Analysts.
• Data Expertise: Collect industry data and provide a deep level of expertise in a sector that helps clients to decide where to invest.
• Reporting: Write reports and communicate findings.
• Client Engagement: Interact directly with covered company management (CEOs, CFOs) and discuss research findings with Sales & Trading associates and institutional clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Experience: A track record of proven academic excellence.
• Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis; advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Finance/Accounting degree strongly preferred.
