Entry-Level Warehouse Associate

Ferguson is currently seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
  • Utilize technology, such as RF devices, to efficiently sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate with the team to ensure our facility remains clean, safe, and accident-free.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Experience: 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Possesses a positive demeanor, strong dependability, and a solid work ethic.
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn our systems.
  • Demonstrates a continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Ability to regularly lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $16.39 – $24.58. This role is also eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations, and the starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
