What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Outreach: Initiate proactive contact with clients using various communication channels including outgoing calls, emails, texts, and chats to understand their needs.
• Benefit Guidance: Systematically guide clients through their available life and health benefits options, ensuring they understand the choices best suited for them.
• Trust Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships and build trust with clients during every interaction through clear and empathetic communication.
• Data Management: Accurately log all important client information and maintain meticulous records to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance.
• Team Support: Actively participate in and support teammates within a collaborative online work environment, contributing to a positive team dynamic.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an early career opportunity open to individuals aged 18 or older who are eligible to work in the U.S.
• Experience: No prior experience in the insurance sector is required; however, a willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license is essential (comprehensive training will be provided to support this process).
• Skills: Demonstrated clear communication and active listening skills are vital for effective client interactions. Candidates must possess a reliable internet connection to support remote work from home. A strong motivation to meet goals and grow professionally within the insurance industry is also required.
