• Mission: This role ensures the precision and reliability of aircraft component sub-assemblies by performing expert assembly, disassembly, and maintenance upon completion of training.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sub-assembly Work: Perform the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of various critical aircraft component sub-assemblies upon successful completion of training.
• Precision Adherence: Strictly follow detailed work instructions, engineering blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Tool Operation: Safely and effectively utilize a range of hand and power tools, strictly adhering to established operational procedures.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all completed work consistently meets stringent internal quality control standards and external regulatory requirements, particularly FAA guidelines.
• Workstation Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation environment at all times, contributing to overall operational efficiency and safety protocols.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A High School Diploma or GED is a mandatory prerequisite for this role, providing the essential educational foundation.
• Experience: 0-5 years of prior experience in a mechanical, technical, or manufacturing setting is desirable. We strongly encourage candidates with basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn, as comprehensive initial training will be provided.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to work neatly, precisely, and with exceptional attention to detail; a commitment to adhering to strict safety protocols and unwavering quality standards; and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies specific to aircraft components.
• Requirement: Successful completion of a pre-employment FAA Drug Test is strictly required for this position due to the highly regulated nature of the aerospace industry.
