What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Collaboration: Support clients by collaborating with Senior Associates, Managers, and Partners to balance multiple client needs.
• Financial Transactions: Manage bill payments, invoicing, and cash receipt applications for clients in a timely fashion.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations, investigating and resolving any reconciling items.
• Financial Close Assistance: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for clients.
• Payroll Management: Run payroll for clients and reconcile the related journal entries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals pursuing or having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Experience: Familiarity with accounting software, including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, Justworks, Xero, and Excel.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized with attention to detail, and an adaptable team player.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
