What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Assist inside sales representatives and management with customer service and sales activities.
• Service: Ensure all customers receive excellent service.
• Develop: Establish new sales opportunities, engaging in both inside and outside sales responsibilities.
• Progress: Perform entry-level sales responsibilities with the specific goal of promotion to a full-time sales role within 9-12 months.
• Coordinate: Work closely with sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, requests, and problems.

• Background: Early Career professional looking to embark on a sales career, with a commitment to promotion within 9-12 months.
• Experience: A history of persistence or commitment demonstrated through school, work, or community involvement, along with evidence of successful, high performance in past activities. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries, our customers, and the industry.
• Bonus: Preferred to have industry experience, and must possess an active, unrestricted, and valid driver’s license. Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
