The Opportunity: Entry Level Sales / Lead Generator
We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join our Entry Level Sales team. This role serves as the initial point of contact for new customers, focusing on generating qualified leads by offering free in-home consultations. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, a high level of energy, and a positive attitude, we will equip you with the necessary tools and skills to achieve significant success. Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Report daily to our office in Cranford to collaborate with your team.
- Travel to and from our office to assigned neighborhoods using a company vehicle.
- Diligently generate qualified sales leads within designated territories.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively educate potential customers.
- Represent Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- High energy and outgoing personality, coupled with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary.
- Positive attitude and mindset, capable of maintaining motivation through rejection.
- Self-motivated with effective negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.

Work Schedule
- November-March: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- April-October: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Occasional Saturday shifts may be required.
