Role Description: Entry-Level Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Sales Representative in Henderson, NV. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about sales and finance to launch their career within a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively engaging with prospective and existing clients to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Conducting thorough needs analyses to identify clients’ unique financial goals and challenges.
- Presenting tailored and innovative life insurance solutions (Term Life, Whole Life, IUL) and financial strategies.
- Providing exceptional, responsive, and personalized customer service throughout the client journey.
