Job Description
As an Entry Level Sales Program Participant, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with leading organizations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Identify and source potential candidates through various innovative recruitment methods.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs and provide tailored, effective recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to final placement and follow-up.
- Provide excellent, responsive customer service to ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company’s database.
