What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Foundation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business by engaging in direct client interaction, implementing effective sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Operational Execution: Learn and apply operational execution principles, contributing to daily business functions and the successful delivery of client projects.
• Leadership & Team Development: Actively develop leadership capabilities, including skills necessary for recruiting, staff development, and effectively managing future teams.
• Client & Campaign Management: Master the processes of customer acquisition and retention, campaign management, and fostering strong client relations to drive expansion strategy.
• Performance & Logistics: Acquire proficiency in business logistics, backend operations, and performance tracking, essential for team oversight and overall operational efficiency.
