What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide outstanding customer service and comprehensive administration support for investment fund clients.
• Operational Execution: Complete multiple client objectives in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
• Communication & Collaboration: Support clients and service providers through strong written and verbal communication, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all objectives consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify solutions to problems and help implement more efficient processes or procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent professional experience; Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: Internship experience preferred.
• Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong customer service skills.
• Bonus: Curiosity and critical thinking to identify solutions and improve processes; Attention-to-detail to ensure accuracy; Ability to learn new concepts and systems in financial services.
