What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Drive daily restaurant operations, aiming to achieve and maintain 5 Star Status within the Domino’s brand.
• Brand Representation: Enhance the Domino’s brand through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication with both team members and customers.
• Financial Monitoring: Monitor daily sales performance, food costs, and labor expenses, making necessary adjustments and conducting follow-ups to maintain efficiency.
• Team Development: Effectively train team members, establish high customer service levels, and motivate staff by leading with a positive example.
• Asset Management: Safeguard company assets, including cash and inventory, ensuring compliance with established company guidelines and operational procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with foundational management understanding.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of management experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Skills: Ability to manage various tasks, work effectively both independently and as part of a team, perform under pressure, adhere to strict quality standards, and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bonus: Previous experience working at Domino’s is preferred for this role.
