What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status and uphold the Domino’s brand through professionalism.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor, making necessary adjustments and conducting follow-ups.
• Compliance & Service: Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Team Leadership: Train team members effectively, motivate staff, and lead by example in all restaurant duties, including equipment operation and product preparation.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard cash, inventory, and other company assets in accordance with established guidelines.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Experience: One year of prior management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Skills: Restaurant operations management, inventory control, food safety and quality assurance, staff training and motivation, customer service and communication.
• Bonus: Previous experience working at Domino’s.
