What You’ll Actually Do
• Ownership: Take ownership of a warm desk, managing a portfolio of active hiring needs from day one.

• Strategy: Support client meetings and actively contribute to the development and execution of effective hiring strategies.
• Expertise: Develop deep expertise within a specialist, high-growth market segment to become a trusted advisor.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates should bring a background of at least one year in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, or other target-driven environments.
