• Mission: Identify, screen, and place low voltage and electrical talent while generating sales leads for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize the internal database and various job boards to identify potential candidates for placement.
• Candidate Engagement: Make a minimum of 50 calls each day to prospective and existing candidates to build relationships and assess interest.
• Candidate Assessment: Screen candidates over the phone and in-person to evaluate their qualifications for existing and upcoming job opportunities.
• Talent Placement: Facilitate the onboarding process with new candidates and place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Lead Generation: Identify fresh candidates using creative recruiting strategies and generate sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree, suited for an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales position.
• Experience: Prior internship or work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service environment is preferred.
• Skills: Candidate identification, phone-based communication, candidate screening, creative recruiting strategies.
• Bonus: Must have an interest in Sales and Account Management.
