What You’ll Actually Do
• Review Resumes: Review resumes from Insight Global’s internal database and various online job boards.
• Conduct Candidate Interviews: Conduct phone interviews to thoroughly assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Prepare Candidates: Prepare candidates to effectively meet with hiring managers.
• Negotiate Offers: Negotiate job offers to facilitate successful candidate placements.

• Experience: No specific prior experience required; open to entry-level candidates.
