• Mission: Build the foundation for a successful sales career within the staffing industry by serving as a matchmaker for companies and candidates.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Staffing Sales Foundation: Learn all aspects of staffing services and how to effectively sell them to both current and prospective clients, building the foundation for a sales career.
• Candidate Sourcing: Review and evaluate resumes from Insight Global’s internal database and various online job boards to identify potential talent.
• Candidate Vetting: Conduct thorough phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
• Interview Preparation & Coaching: Prepare and guide candidates to excel in their meetings with hiring managers, ensuring they are well-equipped.
• Offer Negotiation & Placement: Skillfully negotiate competitive job offers, ultimately facilitating successful placements and helping candidates get hired.

• Background: An early career professional who is motivated and excited to establish a long-term sales career within the staffing industry. No specific academic major, school, or prior professional experience is required, emphasizing potential and drive.
