Entry Level Real Estate Agent

Compensation:
$160,000+
Responsibilities:
- Learn to generate new business through conversations, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Attend daily coaching sessions to build confidence and productive habits.
- Grow and maintain a long-term client database using proven systems.
- Show properties, host open houses, and support clients through their home search.
- Learn to conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and clarity.
- Use office systems and tools to track activity, goals, and results.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn real-world strategies that open escrows.
- Stay consistent with training, accountability check-ins, and office participation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Qualifications: Active real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework. (License is required to earn income.)
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in real estate.
- Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems and structure.
- Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through text or email.
- Comfortable building relationships and engaging in business-generating conversations.
