What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Learn to generate new business through conversations, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Skill Enhancement: Attend daily coaching sessions to build confidence and productive habits.
• Client Relationship Management: Grow and maintain a long-term client database using proven systems.
• Client Showing & Support: Show properties, host open houses, and support clients through their home search.
• Sales & Consultation: Learn to conduct buyer and seller consultations with professionalism and clarity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Active real estate license or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework required. Career level: Early Career.
• Experience: A strong desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in real estate.
• Skills: Coachable mindset with willingness to follow proven systems and structure; Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and through text or email; Comfort building relationships and engaging in business-generating conversations; Ability to stay consistent with training, prospecting, and daily routines.
