Position Overview: Entry Level Project Coordinator

  • Assist project managers in the comprehensive planning, efficient execution, and successful closing of various marketing projects.
  • Coordinate critical project elements including schedules, necessary resources, essential equipment, and vital information flow.
  • Maintain comprehensive and meticulous project documentation, ensuring all files and records are consistently up to date and easily accessible.
  • Communicate effectively and proactively with team members and various stakeholders to provide timely updates on project status and gather essential requirements.
  • Track project progress diligently, identifying any potential issues or delays promptly and escalating them to the project manager as needed.
  • Organize and facilitate productive project meetings, preparing clear agendas beforehand and documenting accurate minutes afterward.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills, coupled with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular strength in Excel (for data tracking), Word (for documentation), and PowerPoint (for presentations).
