What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn diverse roles: Actively engage in training and exploration of various job functions across the plant site, encompassing production processes, essential equipment maintenance, and foundational supervisory duties to expand operational knowledge.
• Operate machinery: Skillfully operate and fill in on various machine stations within the millwork facility to ensure continuous production flow and support team needs.
• Maintain cleanliness: Execute essential physical tasks including shoveling, raking, and sweeping wood byproducts to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
• Handle materials: Precisely stack and pile lumber, ensuring efficient material flow and proper organization within the production areas.

• Experience: No specific years of experience are mandatory; must be at least 18 years of age. Verifiable references are required.
