What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Actively build positive and lasting connections with customers and client partners through clear, confident, and professional communication in face-to-face settings. This involves representing client interests while ensuring customer satisfaction and understanding.
• Team Collaboration: Participate actively in all team meetings, structured training sessions, and collaborative planning efforts to contribute to overall team success and strategic development. This will help align individual efforts with company and client goals.
• Product Representation: Thoroughly learn and gain a deep understanding of various client products and services. Your responsibility will be to represent these offerings accurately and with genuine enthusiasm, effectively communicating their value to potential customers.
• Sales Support: Provide essential support for sales activities, including assisting with the smooth onboarding of new customers and actively contributing to lead-generation efforts. This involves working towards increasing the client’s customer base and market penetration.
