• Mission: Drive demand for services by engaging homeowners and scheduling roof inspection appointments.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Neighborhood Work: Work diligently in assigned residential neighborhoods to identify potential customers.
• Homeowner Engagement: Engage directly, face-to-face, with homeowners to introduce Southern National Roofing’s services.
• Service Explanation: Clearly explain the benefits and value of our complimentary roof inspection service to homeowners.
• Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully schedule appointments for in-home estimates with our professional sales team.
• Outdoor Work: Comfortably work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods while performing outreach.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED, with an early career focus on direct customer interaction.
• Experience: Comfort and confidence in engaging people face-to-face, along with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve goals.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a genuinely positive attitude.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the office, and ability to work 40 hours per week between 9am – 7pm, Monday – Saturday.
