This Entry-Level Marketing Representative position is crucial for driving demand by directly engaging with homeowners, scheduling free roof inspections, and serving as the direct community face of the brand. • Mission: Drive demand and schedule appointments for free roof inspections for the in-home sales team.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Work in assigned residential neighborhoods to identify potential clients.
• Engagement: Engage face-to-face with homeowners to build rapport and discuss services.
• Education: Clearly explain the benefits and value proposition of our free roof inspection service.
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments for in-home estimates with our professional sales team.
• Field Work: Operate outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods while engaging with the community.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a high school diploma or GED equivalent; This is an early career, entry-level position.
• Experience: Comfortable initiating and engaging in face-to-face conversations with people; Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday; Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the office.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills; A positive and enthusiastic attitude; A strong desire and ambition to succeed; Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
