• Mission: This role is responsible for ensuring all guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are kept in good repair, directly contributing to an attractive and well-maintained property for both guests and staff.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Inspecting and Repairing: Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• General Maintenance: Perform a variety of repairs utilizing fundamental electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills across the property.
• Physical Duties: Execute tasks that require physical effort, including climbing ladders up to 30 feet high and performing overhead reaches in all directions.
• Record Keeping: Accurately maintain detailed logs and inspection sheets in English to document all performed work and findings.
• Project Support: Provide assistance with other duties and special projects as assigned by departmental leadership, supporting overall property operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Early Career. High school diploma or equivalent experience, with foundational knowledge in maintenance or related fields.
• Experience: 0-6 months of previous experience in maintenance or a related function.
• Skills: Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
