As an Entry-Level Logistics Analyst, this individual will play a vital part in maintaining shipment visibility, managing operational costs, and implementing improvements that streamline daily logistics. The position offers a critical opportunity to contribute to the company’s operational excellence by tackling complex challenges and refining key processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Communications: Monitor and manage high-volume email communications related to shipments, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Tracking: Track and investigate shipment statuses, proactively identifying delays and resolving issues.
• Analysis: Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Improvements: Build and present business cases to support operational improvements and strategic decisions.
• Invoicing: Process and validate invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and services rendered.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field, for an entry-level position.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required, but candidates should demonstrate a proven capability to manage and analyze large data sets effectively. The role also requires a proactive approach to tackling complex challenges and exhibiting resilience and determination.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and inefficiencies. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing complex data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools is preferred.
