Entry Level Human Resources & Data Analyst | Social Capital Resources

This entry-level position is crucial for supporting human resources operations, with a primary focus on data management and benefits administration, ensuring smooth HR functions and accurate record-keeping.

• Mission: To support core HR operations by managing benefits, data accuracy, and various administrative tasks.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Benefits Administration: Research and implement comprehensive employee benefits programs.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Initiate and manage background checks, and draft and deliver hiring offer letters to selected candidates.
• HR Systems & Records: Maintain HR systems, employee attendance records, and vacation time.
• Financial & Data Integrity: Manage HR’s vendor bills to ensure accuracy, conduct employee document filing, and perform data validation.
• Stakeholder Relations: Address employee relations matters and manage vendor relationships, including scheduling conflicts.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Career level: Entry Level. Education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: 0-1 years of previous experience in Human Resources. Internships are a plus.
• Skills: Strong data skills, ability to maintain HR systems, and organizational skills for document filing and record maintenance.
• Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
