What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Respond to user support requests and troubleshoot technical issues through various channels.
• Assistance: Provide technical assistance via email, chat, and ticketing systems to resolve user problems.
• Documentation: Document support cases, resolutions, and maintain accurate support records and system updates.
• Coordination: Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and monitor support queues and response timelines.
• Guidance: Create user guides, support documentation, and assist with onboarding and technology orientation activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, IT, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, basic computer and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Bonus: Customer support or technical support experience, exposure to ticketing systems or help desk platforms, basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, experience with documentation and reporting, and an interest in IT operations and technology support.
