We are currently undergoing an exciting expansion and are seeking a highly driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is a dynamic, on-site role that offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers, proudly represent standout brands, and contribute measurably to sales growth through impactful in-person interactions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Meeting and consistently exceeding daily or weekly sales targets through direct, proactive customer interaction.
  • Clearly and compellingly communicating product features, pricing structures, and overall value propositions to confidently drive customer purchasing decisions.
  • Effectively representing our diverse client brands at a variety of live events and retail activations stationed across Houston.
  • Actively driving product or service awareness with the primary goal of generating new sales and sign-ups.
  • Initiating engaging, personalized conversations to deeply understand customer needs and proficiently offer tailored solutions.
  • Providing a friendly, genuinely pressure-free customer experience that actively encourages and builds long-term brand loyalty.
  • Diligently supporting event setup and visual merchandising efforts to maximize foot traffic and optimize conversion rates.
  • Accurately reporting on crucial customer feedback, emerging sales trends, and performance insights directly to leadership.
