What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Support: Support live marketing campaigns and brand activations by assisting with setup, execution, and breakdown at various promotional sites.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly and confidently with customers at events, providing information and fostering positive brand experiences.
• Brand Representation: Represent client brands professionally and knowledgeably, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive brand image.
• Acquisition Driving: Assist in driving customer acquisition and campaign performance by actively participating in promotional activities and outreach efforts.
• Target Achievement: Work closely with team leaders to understand, track, and achieve daily and weekly targets related to customer engagement and acquisition.
• Skill Development: Learn and apply essential sales, marketing, and communication skills directly on the job through continuous coaching and real-world scenarios.
