• Mission: This person provides essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees to ensure the highest quality care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Employee Support: Provide essential services and administrative support to future and current field employees.
• Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure all field employee onboarding, compliance, and personnel file processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Workflow Management: Manage high-volume administrative and reporting workflows related to employee onboarding, retention, and experience.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a welcoming, service-oriented resource for field employees by triaging needs and resolving inquiries.
• Engagement & Retention: Lead and support employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma required. Early Career.
• Experience: Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; basic PC and computer proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with EMR and HR systems.
