What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Procedure Assistance: Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, supporting patient comfort and care.
• Clinical Preparation: Set up and break down the operatory post-treatment, ensuring readiness for subsequent patients.
• Sterilization & Safety: Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Patient Record Support: Support doctors with accurate patient charting during and after procedures.
• Operational Support: Perform various essential office tasks and collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required for this entry-level role, with comprehensive paid training provided.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds; ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
