As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will be integral in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Set up and break down operatory rooms post-treatment, ensuring efficiency and readiness for the next patient.
- Manage infection control protocols, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
- Support patient charting for Doctors, accurately documenting patient information and treatment details.
- Perform various office tasks as necessary to ensure smooth practice operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment: A dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.
