What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Support: Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Operatory Management: Set up and break down operatories efficiently post-treatment.
• Infection Control: Manage and uphold infection control protocols, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Charting Assistance: Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; Early Career professional.
• Experience: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds; Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
