How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. We provide the necessary support and training for your success, regardless of your current level of expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment efficiently.
- Manage infection control, including preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Support patient charting for Doctors, ensuring accurate records.
- Perform various office tasks as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
